What is ByteLink?

ByteLink is a premium connectivity service. You buy a package, we provision an account on one of our panels, and you connect with any standard client on Windows, macOS, Android, iOS or Linux.

How quickly is my account ready after payment?

Approved orders are provisioned automatically, usually within a minute. You will see the configuration on your Dashboard under My VPNs as soon as the panel confirms it, and a notification is sent at the same time.

Which devices and apps can I use?

Any client that speaks the protocol shown on your configuration page. The Downloads section lists the apps we test against for each platform, and every package works on all of them.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

The methods shown at checkout are the ones currently enabled for your region. Each one displays its own instructions and, where a receipt is required, an upload field before you submit the order.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Contact support with your invoice number and we will review the order. Approved refunds revoke the account on the panel and are recorded against the original invoice, so your billing history always matches reality.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Access stops at the expiry date and the account is revoked on the panel. You keep your order history, and renewing issues a fresh configuration rather than reusing the expired one.

Question 7

My connection is slow or keeps dropping. What should I check?

Accepted Answer

First check the Server Status page for the node you are on. If the node is healthy, try a different server in your package, confirm your ISP is one of the supported networks, and then open a ticket with your username and the times it failed.

Do you keep logs of what I do?

Accepted Answer

We keep only what is needed to run and bill the service: orders, invoices, tickets and operational error logs. Browsing activity is not recorded.

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The reset link is single use and expires; if it has expired, request another one.

How does the referral programme work?

Share your referral link from the Referrals page. When someone signs up through it and their first order is approved, the reward is credited to you once and shown on that page with its status.
